Cadet Program
The Cadet Coordinator is Ms.Tiffany Mika who is ably supported by two of Bayview Golf Club’s dedicated Members; Mr. Kevin Smith.and Mrs. Christine Clark.
Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts(Human Movement Studies) degree with University of Technology, Sydney and has partially completed her PGA Traineeship. Tiffany has completed the Golf Teaching Certification from the Australian Golf Teachers Federation. She is also a member of the World Golf Teachers Federation.
Tiffany has over 15 years experience in teaching children through Tennis Coaching with levels obtained from the Australian Tennis Professionals Coaches Association.
Tiffany has a passion for helping young golfers achieve their potential.

Junior Program
The Junior Program Coach is our Club Professional: Rod Brown.
Rod Brown has over 25 years experience in teaching golf. He has worked with all up & coming Juniors from the Club. Rod has played many Professional Tournaments as a Professional Golfer & knows what it takes to make a good golfing junior into a Professional Player.
The Junior Development and Junior Pennant Team Coordinator: Dale Tapper.
Dale is a member here at Bayview. He brings impeccable golfing credentials to this role and has achieved impressive results at an elite level. Dale’s achievements include:, a NSW State Junior Representative, Winner of numerous Junior Vardon Events, Runner-up in the NSW Champion of Champions. Dale completed his professional traineeship achieving a ranking of 5th nationally in Golf Tuition, defeated Greg Norman and runner up to Rodger Davis in Trainee Championships and has led the NSW PGA Championship. After being readmitted to amateur status, Dale won 13 consecutive club championships at Chatswood Golf Club as well as representing Bayview and Chatswood Golf Clubs in their Major Pennant squads.
Dale is keen to develop Bayview Golf Club’s Junior Program
Juniors are entitled to one free half hour private lesson each month. This is to be booked at the Pro Shop through Rod Brown and Tiffany Mika. It is expected that all Juniors will take advantage of this offering however the Board reserves the right to withdraw this benefit with appropriate communication to the relevant individual.
