The Bayview Golf Club
The Club’s partner, Waterbrook, has a proposal to build 95 luxury residences in a low-rise development on 2ha of land, all of which will be landscaped to blend into the surrounding environs.
The quality of the development proposed is unmatched nor is it in competition with any of the existing retirement resorts in the area. It will provide an outstanding lifestyle for its senior residents, as well as a compelling range of community facilities.
Waterbrook founder, Kevin Ryan, said: “Waterbrook is not a cookie cutter developer. We care about building better futures for seniors by providing a quality of living that supports happier, healthier lifestyles. We are a huge and demonstrative supporter of community clubs and organisations, because they add such significant value to the welfare and activity of seniors.”
In a mix of three and four-storey buildings, the 95 apartments, if approved, will be between 100m2 up to 180m2 in size.
The development does not impact the existing club house, which will be retained for use by members, guests and the broader community.
